As part of our Global Payments for Platforms team, you'll work at the intersection of Product, Technology, and Commercial functions to help software companies embed payments and financial capabilities directly into their products and customer experiences. What you'll own

• Shape the international product strategy for our Platforms business through deep understanding of customer needs, software partner requirements, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities across payments and financial services.


• Translate customer, partner, and business needs into clear product outcomes, helping define and scope initiatives that deliver measurable value for merchants, partners, and Global Payments.


• Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring priorities are aligned to strategic objectives and market opportunities.


• Create and maintain product roadmaps, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term business and platform goals.


• Lead product planning activities, including participation and leadership in large-scale planning forums and Big Room Planning sessions, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.


• Work closely with engineering, design, operations, commercial, and product teams to refine requirements, guide product development, and ensure successful execution against agreed priorities.


• Act as the voice of the customer, translating market insights and client feedback into product enhancements and new capabilities that improve customer experiences.


• Champion product quality and customer outcomes, ensuring solutions brought to market are scalable, commercially viable, and deliver a consistently high standard of experience.


• Evaluate growth opportunities and investment decisions through both customer and commercial lenses, balancing market demand, business value, and strategic fit.


• Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to align priorities and deliver outcomes across international markets.

What you'll bring

• Significant Product Management experience within the payments industry.


• Strong merchant acquiring expertise, including practical knowledge of merchant onboarding, payment acceptance, settlement, reconciliation, risk management, and value-added services.


• Proven experience defining product strategy and translating customer and market insights into product roadmaps, prioritisation decisions, and commercial outcomes.


• Strong experience gathering requirements, scoping product initiatives, and delivering products from concept through launch.


• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, influencing outcomes and driving alignment in complex environments without direct authority.


• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate product opportunities through customer value, revenue potential, and strategic impact.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences.


• Experience leading planning, prioritisation, and roadmap discussions across multiple stakeholder groups.


• Based in the United Kingdom with experience collaborating across globally distributed teams.

It's a bonus if you have

• Experience with software-led, embedded, integrated, or PayFac payments models.


• Experience working directly with software platforms, ISVs, SaaS providers, or partner ecosystems.


• Experience launching or scaling payments products across multiple international markets.
