Managing Director - Legal

Our client, a Global Bank, are looking for a Managing Director - Legal to join their Legal team based in London.

Responsibilities below:

Lead the trading documentation function and represent Global Markets leadership, regional governance forums and key control partners.
Set regional priorities and execution standards in alignment with the global strategy, business growth objectives, risk appetite and governance requirements
Lead the negotiation and execution of complex trading agreements for derivatives, foreign exchange, fixed income, securities financing and other Global Markets products.
Advise on complex deal structures, documentation strategy, credit protections, collateral terms, regulatory requirements and operational readiness.
Act as a trusted advisor to trading desks and senior business stakeholders, providing practical solutions that support client objectives while operating within approved risk parameters.

Previous experience leading Legal Markets teams is preferred.
