Ideal Profile
- Strong Human Factors & Ergonomics expertise, ideally with oil & gas industry experience and COMAH site exposure
- Professional accreditation, with CIEHF Chartership highly desirable
- Experienced with Human Factors integration (HFI) in engineering projects (including HFE design reviews, SCTA / QHRA assessments etc.)
- The ability to lead projects, guide clients, and deliver high-quality technical work
