You'll be critical in modernising the bank’s Lending systems and processes, focusing on implementing cutting-edge solutions. You'll also lead, mentor and manage a cross-functional team of product specialists, technical experts and business analysts.

- Proven experience in leading and strategising major Transformation projects.

- Previous managed and lead teams.
