About the Role
We're supporting a major banking transformation programme and are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic change initiatives across customer onboarding, financial crime and operational transformation.
This is a hybrid delivery role combining project management, business analysis and stakeholder engagement, working across product, operations, technology and data teams to drive critical business outcomes.

Key Requirements
- 5+ years' experience within Banking or Financial Services
- Strong experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA
- Experience delivering complex business transformation programmes
- Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capability
- Experience developing delivery plans, roadmaps and governance structures
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies and multiple workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Exposure to KYC, onboarding, financial crime or regulated environments would be highly beneficial
- Major banking transformation programme
- Broad strategic delivery remit
