About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join HSBC's Employee Listening team and lead the delivery of one of the bank's highest-profile people initiatives – the annual all-employee Snapshot Survey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a programme that reaches employees across the globe and attracts significant attention from senior leadership.
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the 2026 survey, supporting activities from final preparation and launch through to results reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Essential Experience
- Demonstrated project management experience delivering large, complex global programmes.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and fixed deadlines.
- Experience working within HR, People, Employee Experience, Workforce Analytics or related environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and escalate where required.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple functions and teams.
- Proven ability to drive momentum and hold teams accountable for key milestones.
- Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with a high degree of complexity.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.
Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering employee engagement surveys, listening programmes or similar large-scale operational initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple countries, markets and languages.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools.
- Financial Services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
