An international bank's London office is hiring a Real Estate Credit Analyst to join its European real estate finance team, focused on non-recourse lending across major European markets.
You'll get hands-on exposure to origination and credit analysis for real estate transactions - financial modelling, credit paper preparation, due diligence and portfolio monitoring - working alongside senior bankers on live deals from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Building and stress-testing cash flow models for non-recourse real estate loans
- Preparing credit applications and supporting transaction due diligence
- Analysing market, sponsor and asset-level risk across European jurisdictions
- Supporting portfolio monitoring and covenant compliance for existing facilities
- Working closely with origination, risk and legal teams through the deal lifecycle
What we're looking for
- Experience in real estate finance, structured/leveraged finance, or credit analysis, ideally with non-recourse or real estate lending exposure
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Genuine interest in European real estate markets
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across deal teams
Based in London, with exposure to transactions across Europe.
