A growing Investment Management boutique is looking for an exceptional individual to join its Equities and Venture Capital business. This is not a role for someone looking to simply do a job. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience within Investment Management, Equities Sales or Capital Markets, with Venture Capital exposure viewed favourably. More importantly, you'll possess the curiosity, energy and commercial instincts that can't be taught.

We're looking for someone who:

1. Has 3+ years' experience within Equities, Capital Markets or a related environment
2. Has Venture Capital experience or a strong interest in the asset class
3. Is naturally entrepreneurial and commercially driven
4. Takes ownership and thrives without excessive structure or supervision
5. Is intellectually curious and constantly looking to learn
6. Enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities
7. Wants to work with exceptional people and accelerate their development
8. Sees themselves as a future business leader, founder or entrepreneur
