Are you an experienced Property Loss Adjuster looking to take on some of the most complex and high-value claims in the market?



We're looking for a talented and customer-focused
Senior Loss Adjuster to join our specialist team, managing a diverse portfolio of
High Net Worth, Major Loss and complex property claims , including subsidence and escape of oil incidents. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with prestigious clients, high-value properties and challenging losses that will test and develop your technical expertise.



You'll play a pivotal role in guiding policyholders through difficult circumstances, delivering exceptional service while providing expert technical advice to clients, brokers and insurers.




What will your day look like:



As a Senior Loss Adjuster, you'll take ownership of claims from instruction through to settlement, ensuring every case is managed proactively, accurately and professionally.



Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of High Net Worth, Major Loss and complex property claims.


• Delivering market-leading customer service aligned to demanding client expectations.


• Conducting investigations, site visits and assessments to determine cause, extent and value of losses.


• Producing high-quality reports and technical recommendations for insurers and clients.


• Maintaining regular communication with policyholders, brokers, insurers and other stakeholders throughout the claims journey.


• Ensuring all claims are progressed efficiently and in line with service level agreements and performance targets.


• Building strong relationships with clients and brokers to support long-term partnerships and business growth.


• Working collaboratively with colleagues and specialist suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes.


• Identifying opportunities to utilise wider Davies Group services for the benefit of customers and clients.


• Participating in a one week in three out-of-hours on-call rota for a key client account.

Knowledge and Abilities:



We're keen to hear from individuals who combine strong technical adjusting expertise with exceptional relationship management skills.



You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience handling property claims within a loss adjusting environment.


• Strong knowledge of High Net Worth and domestic property claims.


• Previous exposure to major loss claims, or a desire to develop within this area.


• Progress towards, or completion of, ACILA, FCILA or an equivalent professional qualification.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.


• Outstanding customer handling and stakeholder management skills.


• A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy.


• A full UK driving licence.
