Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance front-end applications using React.
• Build intuitive, real-time user interfaces used by front-office trading teams.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, users and stakeholders to deliver new functionality.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and drive engineering best practices.
• Optimise application performance and user workflows across complex, data-intensive platforms.
• Develop reusable components, shared libraries and scalable UI frameworks.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through to production support.

• Strong commercial experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Experience building complex, business-critical web applications.
• Exposure to real-time data, streaming applications or event-driven systems.
• Experience within financial services, capital markets or electronic trading environments.
• Exposure to trading platforms, market data systems or analytics applications.
• Experience with technologies such as Redux, RxJS, AG Grid, WebSockets or OpenFin.
• Previous involvement in architectural design, mentoring or technical leadership
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimisation and UI design principles.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and end users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software
