ROLE OVERVIEW

PRPOSE OF JOB

To assist with administration dties and activities reqired to spportthe sccessfl management and completion of Clients reviews.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DTIES

Assist in the review and drafting of client profiles and risk assessments inclding bt not limited to i.e. Post client-on-boarding (1 day), Periodic, Redced Services and PEP reviews for mltiple jrisdictions, ensring that reviews are condcted and administered in accordance with JTC's policies and procedres, legal and reglatory obligations, client confidentiality and in accordance with the respective review cycle.

ndertake evalation of World-check 1/ media check screening otpt.

ndertake scanning/filing.

Assist management with resolving isses identified from condcting varies types of reviews.

Assist management with the timely prodction of Management Information.

Work collaboratively on project with team members, ensring progress is commnicated to the line Manager at appropriate intervals.

Assist with monitoring and managing the relevant Team email inbox.

Achieve tilization targets.

ndertake any other dties as deemed necessary by Management.

Ensre ongoing knowledge of, and compliance with JTC policies and procedres.

Adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedres in relation to reglatory reqirements and AML legislation.

Adhere to JTC core vales and expected behaviors.

Adhere to CPD reqirements in accordance with qalification level andin-hose procedres.

ESSENTIAL REQIREMENTS

Excellent planning and organisation skills with a flexible approach to work.

Ability to review and resolve isses.

Ability to self-motivate and work pro-actively with the rest of the team to achieve excellent client service.

A positive "can do" attitde and a good team player.

Good keyboard skills to inclde MS Excel and ability to learn systemssed within the bsiness (Essential).
