Assistant Management Accountant!

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly management accounts and conducting overhead analysis
• Assisting with annual audit work
• Managing sales and purchase ledgers
• Handling cashbook management and bank reconciliations
• Processing and managing company credit card transactions
• Preparing ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making
• Utilizing software such as Sage 200 Accounts and Microsoft Excel to streamline processes

Qualifications

• AAT qualified
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  Desirable
• Previous experience with Sage 200
