U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain's best in class benefits package (details listed below).
Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated compensation for this non-exempt role is as follows:
4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date

WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As the Atlanta Recruiting Associate, you will play a critical role in executing recruiting events, processes, and candidate experiences, interacting with prospective candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support Bain's mission of hiring exceptional talent across both talent groups.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Event Planning and Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for AC and CON recruiting events, including on-campus, in-office, and offsite marketing and closing events; manage invites, student sign-ups, RSVPs, catering, nametags, and candidate feedback across both virtual and in-person formats
- Support diversity and emerging sources programs across AC and CON recruiting, including BEL, CREW, BASE, ADvantage, Consulting Kickstart, and SkillBridge; coordinate associated logistics and help drive program execution
- Assist in planning and executing offeree weekends and welcome weekends (3-4/year) for AC, ACI, CON, and Summer Associate roles; organize logistics, attend events, interact with offerees, and ensure all activities run smoothly
- Support the full AC and CON recruiting cycle, including interview day logistics, resume screening, candidate scheduling in Avature, debrief notetaking, disposition communications, and off-cycle hiring efforts such as application screening, referral tracking, and proactive sourcing
- Assist in planning and executing the Summer Associate and AC intern programs in Atlanta, including the summer social calendar, training week, and final presentations
- Communication Management
- Communicate and correspond with recruits on a regular basis, including referrals; maintain incoming inquiries and applications and generate timely, appropriate responses
- Assist senior recruiters as needed with management of external marketing communications with school career offices and on-campus clubs and organizations, including email campaigns, social media, invitations, campus flyers, and room bookings
- Provide clear, timely responses to consulting staff involved in recruiting (e.g., interviewer schedules, managing commitments, recruiting events); draft/send responses to internal consultant leadership team members
- Respond to routine recruit inquiries professionally; escalate non-routine questions to senior team members as appropriate
- Other Support
- Utilize Avature for data entry, application and event management, and applicant tracking and reporting in a timely and accurate manner; ensure all candidate feedback uploaded into Avature on frequent basis
- Attend team meetings, take notes and schedule follow-up meetings as necessary; work independently between formal touchpoints
- Work with Atlanta HR team to manage new hire onboarding process, including by not limited to: new hire paperwork, staffing prep materials, selection and distribution of colleagues, start dates, etc.
- Monitor and proactively order recruiting supplies, including marketing materials, gifts, and office supplies
- Perform other administrative duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
ABOUT YOU
Experience
- 0.5-2 years of administrative, recruiting, or events support experience; internship or campus involvement in a relevant function welcome
Education
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort interacting with prospective candidates, school contacts, and Bain employees of varying tenure
- Ability to execute tasks accurately and reliably under close supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance
- Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn HRIS and recruiting database tools
- Desire to work with a diverse and inclusive team; embodies "A Bainie Never Lets Another Bainie Fail"
- Flexibility with hours; ability to work evenings and overtime as needed; some travel may be required with advance notice
- Work on-site in Atlanta, GA 4-5 days per week depending on business need

- In Georgia, the good-faith, reasonable full-time hourly rate for this role is between $23.32 - $28.00 per hour
- Annual discretionary performance bonus
- This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation
