About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Private Credit Associate to join our clients team. This individual will play an active role across the entire investment lifecycle, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and underwrite private credit investment opportunities.
- Build financial models and perform credit, cash flow, and downside risk analysis.
- Conduct industry, company, and management team due diligence.
- Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentations.
- Assist in structuring and executing debt investments.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and identify emerging risks.
- Participate in sponsor, management, and advisor meetings.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Banking.
- Strong financial modeling, accounting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- Demonstrated interest in private credit and alternative investments.
