The applicable base salary range for this role is $129,600 to $259,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

We will count on you to:
- Support and lead the delivery of client engagements focused on HR transformation, including HR function design, service delivery improvement, process redesign, and people program effectiveness.
- Advise business leaders and HR stakeholders on HR programs, talent practices, and HR organization design to better align people strategy with business priorities.
- Conduct current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, workshop sessions, and analysis to identify organizational and HR process improvement opportunities.
- Develop clear, actionable recommendations related to HR operating model design, HR organizational structure, governance, process improvement, and employee-facing HR practices.
- Lead / co-lead internal and client meetings, manage project workflows, and coordinate deliverables across workstreams and stakeholders, using strong project and stakeholder management skills to keep teams aligned and engagements on track.
- Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to determine project direction, support hypotheses, and identify implications for clients.
- Create high-quality client materials, including presentations, reports, summary exhibits, and recommendations for senior leadership audiences.
- Contribute to engagements related to talent acquisition, performance management, promotion processes, HR technology/vendor selection, and HR organizational review.
- Collaborate across lines of business and with cross-functional colleagues to support integrated client solutions where appropriate.
- Help coach junior team members by providing guidance on analysis, work planning, and deliverable development.
- Contribute to internal knowledge building, tools, methodology enhancement, and select proposal support, as needed, including the use of AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, content development, and day-to-day project execution.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, HR transformation, HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, or a related people consulting environment
- Experience supporting and/or leading projects involving HR transformation, HR process redesign, organizational design, HR service delivery, HR technology/vendor management, talent processes, or performance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into clear and practical recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create polished client-ready presentations and reports
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, client-service environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, project leads, and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail

- Experience leading workstreams or day-to-day delivery for HR transformation engagements
- Experience with HR operating model design, HR organizational review, process redesign, talent acquisition transformation, performance management redesign, and promotion process improvement
- Awareness of technology used to power HR -- whether HCM or point solutions
- Ability to connect business strategy to HR program and operating model decisions
- Experience structuring executive-ready materials that translate data and analysis into compelling observations and recommendations
- Comfort facilitating client discussions, working sessions, and stakeholder interviews
- Experience mentoring more junior consultants and helping elevate team delivery quality
- Exposure to broader HR transformation topics such as governance, service delivery, employee experience, change adoption, or HR technology enablement
- Experience building AI agents, GPTs, or similar tools to improve team efficiency, knowledge sharing, or client delivery
