The Analyst Program within Real Estate Debt offers recent graduates a hands-on introduction to asset management through close collaboration with senior professionals. Over the two-year program, Analysts support investment activities across asset classes by building financial models, conducting valuations, drafting underwriting memos, and managing reporting for existing investments. The program begins with formal training and quickly transitions into live deal work, mentorship, and professional development through team building, networking, and learning sessions. Top performers may be considered for full-time roles upon completion.

  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from credible sources.

  • Demonstrated curiosity and learning agility, including a willingness to learn and responsibly use AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support research, analysis, communication, collaboration, and productivity.
