The Licensing Coordinator manages the regulatory compliance, business licenses, and any technical licensing required for banking automation (ATMs), commercial security systems, banking products, security products, and any other licensing or permits required. This coordinator interfaces between Cennox businesses and local, state, or federal agencies.

The Licensing Coordinator manages the regulatory compliance, business licenses, and any technical licensing required for banking automation (ATMs), commercial security systems, banking products, security products, and any other licensing or permits required. This coordinator interfaces between Cennox businesses and local, state, or federal agencies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Regulatory Compliance Tracking: Oversee and maintain all state-level corporate security licenses, electrical contractor credentials, and municipalitypermitsrequired for field service deployments.
- Technician & Fleet Permitting: Coordinate background checks, fingerprinting filings, and state gaming or security card allocations for a nationwide network of Cennox Field Technicians.
- Application & Renewal Management: Prepare, review, and file physical and digital licensing application packets, tracking varying state deadlines to prevent operational blackouts.
- Database & SLA Adherence: Track project licensing progress in internal databases (e.g., Oracle Fusion) to ensure legal approvalsalignwith client project Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Cross DepartmentCollaboration: Serve as the central legal compliance contact for project management teams, corporate counsel, and third-party regulatory auditors.
- All other duties assigned
Qualifications: Experience:
- Bachelor's degree level of education
- Minimum of 2-3 years of high-volume administrative compliance or licensing experience.
- Experience within field technician routing, banking infrastructure, or commercial construction sectors is preferred.
- State-by-State Knowledge: Familiarity tracking varying structural corporate regulations, commercial tax permits, and secretary of state registration laws across different regions.
- Remote Accountability: Strong proficiency utilizing digital tracking databases, remote collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Teams), and scanning software independently.
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Experience withpersuasive phone and email communication,tosafely escalate slow permits with local municipalities and state agencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Physical Requirements:
- Vision correctable to 20/ 20
- Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usage
- Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time
