Manager, Global Strategy (Hybrid) - Atlanta, GA

Join our team as a Manager, Global Strategy and help drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning. In this hybrid role, you'll partner with leaders across multiple business units to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that support organizational goals.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, operational improvements, and root causes
Develop meaningful metrics, forecasts, and business recommendations
Lead strategic planning efforts and create data-driven solutions
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
Provide consulting support to management on key business challenges

Responsibilities

• Partners with business leaders around the organization to design and implement strategic analysis to meet business unit and/or company goals.
• Reviews, validates, manages and manipulates large amounts of data in support of operational issues, root cause analysis, corrective action, and decision support.
• Provides strategic solutions and planning support across operations via metric collection, analysis, enhancement proposals, planning and implementation efforts.
• Develops partnerships with functional leadership to help them identify and analyze performance against objectives and influence change when necessary
• Produces actionable business recommendations based on complex analyses.
• Develops business uses of data sources and new analytic approaches to support business needs.
• Prepares long-term profit/loss forecasts to facilitate management review of capital appropriations, expansion strategies, product line changes, etc.
• Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
• At least 3-5 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience required
• Thorough understanding of business initiatives, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Solid knowledge of finance and/or business analytics
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and a high degree of initiative
• System skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong customer focus, good listening, negotiation and problem-resolution skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and work with all levels of internal and external clients
• Ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to identify issues and raise client concerns to management for discussion
• Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services
