Are you a hands-on marketer who thrives on execution and loves bringing brands to life across multiple channels? WorldFirst is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to drive localized marketing efforts and deliver impactful campaigns for the Vietnamese market!

What You'll Be Doing:

- Product Messaging & Content Translate product features into compelling, localized content across formats - including user guides, blogs, FAQs, website copy, and presentations - tailored for the Vietnamese audience and aligned with global messaging.

- Campaign Execution Support go-to-market campaigns for product launches and updates, collaborating with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely, on-brand delivery across all channels.

- Social Media Management Own the social media content calendar and manage day-to-day execution across Facebook, TikTok, and key communities - driving organic growth, engagement, and localized storytelling.

- Field Marketing Plan and execute end-to-end field marketing activities including events, workshops, and webinars - managing agencies, tracking registrations, attendance, and conversion metrics.

- Creative & Design Develop basic creative assets (visuals, banners, infographics, presentations) using Canva or Photoshop to support campaigns and daily marketing needs.

- Performance Reporting Measure and report on key initiatives with clear insights, learnings, and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Collaboration Work closely with Central Marketing, BGO, Sales, and external stakeholders to ensure all local activities are aligned with regional and global strategies.

Job Requirement

We Are Looking for a Candidate Who:

-Has 3-5 years of marketing experience in Brand, Content, Field, or Product Marketing - fintech or SaaS experience preferred

- Is a strong executor with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver on time

-Has proven experience creating localized content and managing social media for the Vietnamese market

-Communicates fluently in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal

-Has basic design skills in Canva or Photoshop
