Job description

Perform and assist in leading team to deliver accounting & tax services to RSM's clients:

Perform accounting records which include balance sheet, income statement, trial balance and general ledgers on a monthly or quarterly basis
Perform compliance reviews of and provide recommendations on specific accounting compliance matters
Participate in conducting and completion of tax compliance and advisory services in accordance with prevailing tax laws and regulations
Assist in managing the performance of each engagement and coaching junior team members
Develop and maintain distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients.
Other tasks as assigned

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business or other related majors
At least 3 years of working experience in accounting and tax fields for outsourcing or professional service firms
Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures
Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent computer-literacy skills
Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
