A Leading bank in Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst to drive strategic initiatives within our in-house Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) division. In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between our business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and banking operations to deliver transformative AML and KYC solutions directly for our organization.

You will lead projects aimed at enhancing our Transaction Monitoring (TM) systems, optimizing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, and ensuring regulatory adherence across our global banking platform. If you have a strong background in regulatory compliance and the technical acumen to manage complex data-driven projects from the bank's perspective, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure) for AML/KYC system upgrades and regulatory implementations within the bank's technology roadmap.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track progress against milestones and manage risks/issues.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal Compliance, Operations, Legal, IT Development, and Data Architecture.
Ensure project deliverables meet regulatory deadlines (e.g., FATF, OFAC, local Central Bank requirements) and align with the bank's enterprise risk appetite.

Business Analysis:

Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for AML/KYC platforms (e.g., Actimize, Mantas, Oracle FCCM, or custom solutions) specifically tailored to the bank's product lines (e.g., Retail, Corporate, or Wealth).
Conduct gap analysis between current system capabilities and new regulatory mandates (e.g., 5AMLD, 6AMLD, FATCA, CRS).
Map current vs. future state process flows, focusing on Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Sanctions Screening.
Define User Stories, functional specifications, and use cases for the bank's internal engineering squads.

Data & Reporting:

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends in suspicious activity, false positives, and operational bottlenecks.
Define data mapping requirements for KYC attributes, transaction data, and client risk scoring.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
Proven hands‑on experience in data mapping , source‑to‑target lineage and data validation.
Solid understanding of banking processes (e.g., onboarding, payments, AML, transaction monitoring).
Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Experience supporting UAT, including test planning, execution and defect triage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across complex systems and datasets.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, operations and technology teams.
