About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support end-to-end interview and hiring coordination across technology-focused teams. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates across the APAC region, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive hiring experience. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Review incoming resumes and route candidates to the appropriate hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to support recruitment operations.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, administration, or client support is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.
