We are seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts Officer to join a friendly and supportive team in a varied, fast-paced position. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys balancing high-level administrative responsibilities with accounts support duties while contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Your new role
Reporting to the leadership team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support across the organisation
- Managing correspondence, diaries, meetings and documentation
- Preparing reports, presentations and business communications
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Assisting with invoicing, reconciliations and data entry
- Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
- Supporting month-end processes and general accounts administration
- Coordinating office operations and providing exceptional internal support
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in administration and accounts support
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- A positive, adaptable and team-focused approach
