Your new role
As a Communications Specialist, you will report to the Senior Manager, Adoption & Communications and play a key role supporting technology, digital transformation and internal communications initiatives. This is a hands-on role combining strategic advice with content development and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing communication and stakeholder engagement plans
- Advising leaders and project teams on communication strategies
- Creating executive communications, presentations, articles and campaign content
- Translating complex technology and change initiatives into clear, engaging messages
- Managing and updating web and SharePoint communication sites
- Preparing change communications, social media content and digital adoption materials
- Measuring communication effectiveness and driving continuous improvement initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years' experience in internal communications, change communications or a similar communications role
- Proven experience developing and delivering strategic and tactical communications
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional writing, editing and content creation capabilities
- Experience managing SharePoint communication sites and digital content
- The ability to quickly understand complex concepts and translate them into simple, engaging communications
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams and leaders
- Immediate start available
- Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension
