Our client is a well-established multinational organisation undergoing a large-scale digital transformation across the region. As part of their continued investment in digital products and customer experience, they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in driving the evolution of their in-house digital platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, partnering closely with business stakeholders, end users, and development teams to define digital product requirements, shape product roadmaps, and deliver impactful digital solutions across the organisation.

Your new role

• Partner closely with Product Managers, application development teams, and business stakeholders to define product vision, user stories, product strategy, and delivery roadmaps.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business challenges, opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and optimise existing business processes, recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Drive requirement prioritisation and backlog management to ensure alignment between business objectives and development deliverables.
• Analyse user feedback, behavioural data, and business metrics to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement.
• Support change management initiatives and promote adoption of new digital products and processes across the organisation.
• Work closely with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC, including UAT.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value and outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Analyst etc.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation, process improvement, customer experience, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong experience gathering requirements from senior business stakeholders and translating them into product roadmaps, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, including Director and C-level executives.
• Strong understanding of customer-centric product development methodologies and agile delivery practices.
• Experience defining user journeys, business processes, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Good understanding of SDLC and experience collaborating closely with development teams and third-party vendors.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, and must currently be based in Hong Kong and possess valid working rights.
