Your new role
As a Broker Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting brokers and ensuring applications progress smoothly through the personal lending process.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist with the preparation and submission of loan applications
- Collect, review and verify supporting documentation
- Liaise with customers, lenders and referral partners to obtain information
- Monitor applications and provide updates throughout the process
- Follow up outstanding requirements to keep deals moving efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support customers and stakeholders with a high level of service
- Learn lending policies, procedures and servicing fundamentals from experienced mentors
- Work closely with brokers to gain a strong understanding of the end-to-end lending process
- Strong work ethic with a genuine desire to build a career in lending
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Professional, adaptable and eager to learn
- Motivated to work in a KPI driven sales environment
