Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating service requests and scheduling activities
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Managing job records, maintenance schedules and documentation
- Preparing quotations, invoices and operational reports
- Maintaining calendars and supporting field-based personnel
- Monitoring inventory records and coordinating stock management activities
- Assisting with project administration
- Liaising with suppliers and external service providers
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of business documentation
- Providing administrative support across the wider team
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or coordination
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative team
- Experience within a service-based, operational or technical environment will be advantageous.
