About Our Client

Our client is Global Private Equity funded service provider with global business footprints.

Job Description

Develop and implement financial strategies to help business growth and profitability.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Manage and optimise cash flow and working capital.
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.
Manage and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the organisation's interests.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

A strong background in financial management and leadership in the service or industrial industry.
Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in Chinese and English
