Position Overview
Our client is a Chinese famous insurance group.
This strategic role focuses on three core dimensions: Global Coordination & Management, Capital Markets Operations, and Regulatory Liaison. The successful candidate will drive the group’s international insurance business and capital cooperation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Partnership Management
Strategic Oversight: Responsible for the development, maintenance, and communication of the Group’s global partners; establish a standardized management system and value evaluation framework.
Synergy & Alliances: Coordinate with Group functional departments and subsidiaries to build an "Outbound Alliance," promoting domestic and overseas resource linkage and synergistic development.
2. International Capital Cooperation
Capital Structuring: Drive the internationalization of the Group’s capital structure and collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain international credit ratings (e.g., S&P, Moody’s, Fitch).
Investor Relations & Financing: Attract global strategic and long-term investors; oversee overseas financing planning, management, and international brand promotion.
3. Regulatory & Government Affairs
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with government authorities and domestic/overseas regulatory bodies (e.g., NFRA, HKIA) regarding international insurance operations to ensure compliant communication.
4. Project Management
Cross-functional Execution: Lead cross-cultural and cross-departmental projects as assigned by the Group, ensuring high-quality delivery of internationalization initiatives.
Requirements
1. Experience & Background
Industry Experience: Must have a solid background in the Insurance Industry; profound understanding of investment systems and international capital markets.
Work Experience: * Senior Manager: Minimum 8 years of professional experience or 5+ years in the financial sector.
Manager: Minimum 5 years of professional experience or 3+ years in the financial sector.
Target Profile: Candidates with experience in Investment/Capital Markets at major insurers or Investment Banking (FIG/Insurance sector) are highly preferred. Overseas work experience (especially in Hong Kong) is a significant plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with overseas education are preferred.
2. Competencies & Skills
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Near-native); exceptional business English interpretation, reading, and writing skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
Professional Expertise: Familiar with global insurance regulatory environments and the preferences of long-term institutional investors; multi-disciplinary background (Finance/Insurance/Law) is preferred.
Soft Skills: Visionary mindset with strong organizational coordination, team collaboration, and project management skills; highly resilient under pressure.
