1. Lead the development of new clients and business expansion for commercial property insurance (preferably with a focus on financial insurance/employee benefits high-end medical insurance), and formulate and implement market expansion strategies.
2. Actively participate in industry activities, identify and convert business opportunities in the market, and establish a broad professional network.
3. Maintain and deepen long-term cooperative relationships with insurance companies and key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and business loyalty.
4. Be responsible for setting and achieving team business goals, ensuring the successful completion of all performance indicators.
5. Oversee team building and management, including talent development, performance evaluation, and professional skill enhancement.

Requirements：

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; overseas education from a reputable institution is preferred. Professional appearance and fluent Mandarin communication skills are required.
2. At least 5 years of marketing or key account management experience in Hong Kong corporate property insurance. Candidates with a background in financial insurance (e.g., D&O, E&O) or employee benefits insurance (corporate high-end medical) will be given priority.
3. Familiar with the Hong Kong corporate insurance market, with solid client resources or channel networks in the target insurance segments. Strong resource integration and business development capabilities are essential.
4. Must hold a Hong Kong insurance intermediary license (Types 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and MPF). Candidates who do not hold all required licenses may obtain them after employment.
