Key Responsibilities:

Provide financial insights and strategic advice to management, ensuring transparency in performance and goal tracking
Analyse customer relationships and contract structures to support pricing, margin optimisation, and cash flow improvements
Lead budget planning, forecasting, and ongoing financial performance monitoring
Oversee monthly revenue recognition and ensure accurate client invoicing
Manage cash reporting and analyse financial data for key decision-making
Identify business value drivers and contribute to service and contract evaluations through ROI analysis, benchmarking, and KPIs
Evaluate new business opportunities and provide risk-balanced financial assessments
Monitor contract performance and collaborate with leadership to address deviations
Drive efficiency and cost optimisation projects
Proactively identify and manage financial and operational risks and opportunities
Foster strong internal relationships and support a unified financial model in collaboration with group controlling

Candidate Profile:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable role, ideally within an international services environment
Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
Commercially minded with a customer-centric approach
Experience working with senior leadership and in contract-based environments
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create practical solutions to complex issues
Strong understanding of the connection between financial and operational KPIs
Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
High levels of integrity, accountability, and adaptability
