Begleitung von cross-border M&A Transaktionen insbesondere Public M&A insbesondere
Beratung der Kunden während der Transaktion Inhouse und vor Ort
Steuerung und Durchführung von M&A Transaktionen / Koordination der Execution
Anleitung und Ausbildung von Associates und Analysten

Qualifikation

5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A / Corporate Finance einer Investmentbank, Corporate Finance oder Unternehmensberatung
Ausgezeichnete akademische Ausbildung
Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sowie idealerweise in eine weiteren Sprache
