Für unseren Kunden, eine international tätige US Top Investmentbank, suchen wir einen Senior Analyst (m/w/d) im Bereich M&A / Corporate Finance .

Aufgaben

Direkte Betreuung von Mandanten bei Transaktionen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung
Durchführung und Auswertung umfassender Markt- und Branchenanalysen , Unternehmensbewertungen sowie Unternehmensrecherchen
Unterstützung bei der Akquisition neuer Mandate und Vorbereitung von Pitch-Unterlagen
Ansprache potenzieller Investoren , Vorstellung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten sowie Koordination von NDAs und Investorenunterlagen

Profil

2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A / Corporate Finance bei einer Investmentbank, Corporate Finance Beratung oder in der Strategieberatung
Ausgezeichnete akademische Ausbildung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
