Responsibilities:

Event planning and coordination

Plan and coordinate external events to enhance the public's financial literacy, and track the effectiveness of related events.
Collaborate with the stakeholders within the Bank and assist in development of publicity materials.

Credit Risk Management

Identify and analyse potential credit risk matters arising from retail credit product / process and advise corresponding risk control measures as needed.
Keep abreast of the market development on underwriting criteria of retail credit products, prepare proposals to enhance competitiveness of retail credit products.
Formulate, review and comment on credit policy and procedures to drive alignment to external regulations, BOC group requirements, market environment, business strategy, etc.
To handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by direct supervisor as needed.

Requirements:

University degree or above; candidates with experience in event coordination / credit risk management will be an advantage.
3 years of experience gained from banking / financial institution, with prior experience in event coordination in banking / financial institution is an advantage.
Good understanding of retail credit products, regulatory and risk management standard in banking.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, with ability to work independently.
Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Competent in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is preferred.
