Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze potential credit risk matters arising from retail credit product / process and advise corresponding risk control measures as needed.
Keep abreast of the market development on underwriting criteria of retail credit products, prepare proposals to enhance competitiveness of retail credit products.
Formulate, review and comment on credit policy and procedures to drive alignment to external regulations, BOC group requirements, market environment, business strategy, etc.
To handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by direct supervisor as needed.

Requirements:

University degree or above in risk management, economics, finance, accounting or related disciplines. Holders of qualifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, HKIB(ECF) will be an advantage.
3 years of experience gained from banking / financial institution
Good analytical and communication skills. Act as a team player to collaborate with key stakeholders.
Good understanding of regulatory and risk management standard in banking.
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Proficient in MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required; proficiency in data manipulation tools such as VBA, SAS, Python is an advantage.
