Job Description

As an Associate, Business Management, your main responsibilities will include:

Assist senior leadership with a wide range of strategic, operational, and project-related tasks
Prepare internal and external reports and presentations on business performance and initiatives
Coordinate and support the implementation of business projects and process improvements
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help track progress toward strategic and operational goals
Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and workflows
Conduct research and gather data to support business development, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Investment, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and IT to ensure smooth execution of business activities
Organize internal meetings, workshops, and communications across departments
Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Business Management should have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
At least 3 year of experience in business support, operations, or project management, preferably within financial services or asset management
Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, China-focused asset management environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
