About the Role
Our banking client is seeking an experienced Change Project Manager to join their Change & Transformation team, driving large-scale digital transformation and strategic change initiatives across the organisation. This role will be responsible for leading complex transformation projects, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology change programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic change and transformation initiatives across multiple banking business units
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure successful implementation
- Coordinate business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver against tight timelines
- Track project progress, manage issues and escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management
- Support business readiness, implementation, and change adoption activities across impacted teams
- Ensure delivery milestones are met and programme objectives are achieved
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience within banking
- Strong background in Change & Transformation programmes
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects involving multiple business areas
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Delivery-focused with experience managing complex implementations under tight timelines
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
Preferred Background
- Change & Transformation Office / COO Office experience
- Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation, integration, or operating model change programmes
- Experience working across Retail Banking, Wealth, Corporate Banking, Operations, or other banking functions rather than a single product domain
