This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior technology stakeholders and contribute to high-profile programmes that support the bank's ongoing digital and operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Support project delivery across Fraud Detection and Collections initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive system enhancements and process improvements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology teams
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions
- Support testing, implementation, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience within IT, Technology Change, or Transformation projects
- Proven experience within the Fraud Detection, Fraud Management, or Collections domain
- Previous in-house banking experience is essential
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and supporting UAT
- Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams
Preferred Background
- Retail Banking experience
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or system enhancement projects
- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
