Job Description

Managing repayment schedules and ensuring timely collections from customers.
Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and payment histories.
Communicating effectively with customers to address repayment concerns or queries.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments and taking necessary actions.
Providing regular reports on repayment and collection activities to management.
Adhering to company policies and compliance standards within the Banking & Financial Services department.

The Successful Applicant

1-2 years of experience in repayment, collections, or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
Fluent in English and Cantonese.
