Key responsibilities:
- Support compliance and legal activities across public equity transactions, regulatory filings, licence applications, compliance approvals, due diligence, and policy updates
- Support fund operations and process improvements including trade reconciliation, settlement, NAV calculation, risk reporting, vendor onboarding, and operational enhancements
- Coordinate investor relations activities covering subscriptions, redemptions, investor enquiries, DDQs, marketing materials, and stakeholder communications
- Contribute to client servicing and business development through market research, reporting, data analysis, and investor engagement activities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support automation initiatives and deliver ad-hoc compliance, IR, and operational requirements
Candidate profile:
- Demonstrate fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English to support stakeholder engagement across the business
- Bring 1-6 years' experience in compliance, legal, operations, investor relations, or financial services
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing competing priorities with accuracy and professionalism
- Apply knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks, with relevant experience considered an advantage
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, PRM, or CAIA are advantageous
