Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, from planning and briefing through to launch, monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Develop, refine, and optimise campaign content, including articles, product pages, and promotional assets, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and overall execution quality while handling multiple initiatives with effective prioritisation.
- Identify potential risks proactively and implement solutions to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, IT, Legal, Compliance, and external agencies to ensure alignment throughout campaign development and execution.
- Drive stakeholder coordination across content creation, approvals, and campaign rollout, ensuring all outputs meet regulatory, brand, and product accuracy standards.
- Support digital marketing initiatives targeting China platforms and search ecosystems, working with technical teams on content structuring, metadata, and AI-readability requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business, content, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns and initiatives.
- Execute search and visibility strategies across traditional and AI-driven search platforms.
- Analyse search trends, competitor insights, and campaign performance data to generate actionable improvements.
- Monitor and optimise campaign and content performance continuously to enhance engagement and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, insurance, technology, or fintech environments, with a focus on digital marketing, campaign management, or project delivery.
- Demonstrated track record in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and navigating approval and governance processes.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles, with the ability to apply them to improve content effectiveness and search performance.
- Strong analytical and execution skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Collaborative mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive outcomes independently.
- Familiarity with China's digital ecosystem and platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Adobe) and SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush) is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-driven initiatives or emerging search technologies is an added advantage.
