Are you passionate about events and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments? We're looking for a Summit Secretariat to join our Events Marketing team and play a key role in delivering one of Asia's premier annual conferences.
Your new role
- Client & colleague liaison: Coordinate attendance and logistics across multiple business units.
- Communication management: Draft and handle invitation letters, emails, and follow-ups.
- Data & reporting: Maintain weekly updates in the event management system and prepare post-conference summaries.
- Presenter coordination: Work with colleagues to collect and organize presentation materials.
- Timeline monitoring: Ensure deadlines are met and reminders are sent.
- Onsite support: Travel within APAC, assist with setup, and welcome attendees at registration.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communicator: Confident in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Tech-savvy: Skilled in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented: Organized multitasker with a sharp eye for accuracy.
- Team player: Collaborative, professional, and client-service oriented.
- Flexible worker: Ready to put in extra effort before and during the event.
- Singapore-based: Able to work onsite and support the team locally.
