Your new role
- Provide full administrative support to the team
- Manage calendars, schedules, and meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients professionally
- Arrange business travel and logistics
- Process expenses and invoices accurately and on time
- Support visiting colleagues from other offices when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
