Job Description

As a Fund Accounting Operations Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing daily PE fund accounting operations and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for audits and compliance requirements.
Overseeing cash flow management and fund transactions.
Providing support for portfolio valuations and performance analysis.
Ensuring timely and accurate handling of investor queries and reports.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and industry practices.
Streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fund Accounting Operations Officer should have:

A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience in fund accounting or financial services operations.
Big 4 or Fund Admin candidates with PE knowledge is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
