職責
1. 開發及維護金融同業渠道，包括家族辦公室、獨立理財顧問、資管機構、銀行、金融 KOL 等合作夥伴，建立穩定合作網絡。
2. 負責商務洽談、合作方案設計，跟進盡職審查、合約簽署，推動渠道轉介客戶及產品合作落地。
3. 持續跟蹤渠道業績數據，定期复盘渠道成效，優化合作模式，帶動 AUM 與收入增長。
4. 維持與合作夥伴日常聯繫，組織聯合路演及業務交流，拓展新渠道資源。
5. 確保所有渠道合作流程符合 SFC 監管及公司內部合規要求。
要求
1. 學士或以上學歷，擁有香港金融渠道 BD 經驗，具備成熟金融同業人脈。
2. 熟悉證券、財管產品，掌握渠道拓展、商務談判技巧，了解相關監管合規。
3. 流利粵語、普通話及英語，目標導向，自驅力強，擅長跨機構溝通。
