Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies for Private Wealth Management business, formulate annual marketing plans and manage marketing budgets to support the team in achieving AUM growth targets.
Plan and execute online and offline PWM initiatives, including client salons, product roadshows and investment seminars, to support wealth advisors in acquiring high-net-worth clients.
Oversee production and review of all marketing collaterals, ensuring all external communications comply with SFC regulatory requirements.
Monitor market and competitor trends, gather client feedback, continuously refine marketing campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate closely with PWM business teams and Compliance Department to support frontline client servicing and product promotion.
Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, track campaign performance and continuously improve the team’s marketing execution capability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, with marketing management experience in Hong Kong finance / wealth management sector and solid knowledge of HNW client marketing.
Familiar with financial advertising compliance requirements, proven experience in event planning, brand promotion and digital marketing.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and spoken); strong capabilities in strategic planning, budget management and cross-departmental communication.
