Overview:
Associate - Institutional Sales (Greater Bay Area / Local Team)

Your Responsibilities:

Supports sales of ETF and tailor-made fund solutions to institutional clients across the GBA region.
Collaborate with senior in originating new business opportunities from prospecting to execution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers across asset owners and institutional investors.
Collaborate with product, trading, and research teams to deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with client mandates.

Requirements:

Min 3 years of institutional sales experience, with a strong track record in covering asset owners and large institutional clients in Asia.
Familiarity with ETFs, equities, and related solutions; with fixed income products is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Team player with ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
