This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced investment professional to join the Hong Kong team and take ownership of deal sourcing, investment execution, portfolio monitoring, and strategic initiatives.

Job Description

• Partner directly with the Principal on investment strategy and portfolio construction.
• Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities across public and private markets.
• Conduct investment research, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment.
• Generate investment ideas and provide recommendations across multiple asset classes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend portfolio optimization strategies.
• Maintain relationships with investment banks, asset managers, fund managers, family offices, and industry participants.
• Coordinate external advisors and service providers as required.
• Prepare investment materials and present recommendations directly to the Principal.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects on an ad hoc basis.

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of relevant experience in investment management, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, or investment banking.
• Prior experience at a bulge-bracket or top-tier global investment bank is strongly preferred.
• Experience as a CIO, Portfolio Manager, Investment Director, Senior Investment Analyst, or similar investment-focused role.
• Strong exposure to multi-asset investing and alternative investments.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate a broad range of investment opportunities and products.

• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Broad knowledge of public markets, private investments, fund products, and alternative strategies.
• Ability to independently generate and assess investment ideas.
