Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced technical lead to drive the development, delivery, and capacity planning of our core MOBO applications, middleware, and messaging systems. This role balances expert-level development with mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Advise on development best practices, drive capacity planning, and lead software architecture topics.
- Mentorship: Guide and cross-train junior team members, setting a strong technical example.
- Testing & Engineering: Stay highly hands-on with coding and support while embedding a strict TDD and test automation culture.
- Innovation: Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and modern frameworks to the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Core Technical Stack (Must-Have): Advanced expertise in Java, Spring, Docker, SQL, Linux scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Bamboo, Jenkins).
- Domain Focus: A strong desire to master Cash Equities business workflows and front-to-back system architectures.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to multitask, handle tight deadlines under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic team.
- Preferred Assets:
- Background in Investment Banking, high-throughput systems, or Cash Equities workflows.
- Familiarity with secondary tech stack items (.Net, Tibco, Angular, Apache Ignite).
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
