Overview
Join a strategic banking transformation program focused on credit card platform migration and integration. This role will drive project delivery, governance, budgeting, stakeholder management, and migration readiness across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved within scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets.
- Manage project governance, including steering committees, working groups, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Chair project meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery alignment.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support migration planning, implementation readiness, and business transition activities.
- Partner with vendors to monitor delivery progress and resolve project issues.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and control requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience.
- Strong retail banking experience, preferably in Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, or Payments.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation, migration, or system implementation program.
- Strong governance, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience chairing governance forums and driving project delivery in matrix environments.
- Strong risk management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing vendors and outsourced delivery teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
